Feeling tired and fatigued is one of the most common complaints of pregnant women. When a nap is out of the question, give yourself an extra boost with these energizing fashion tips:

1. Use colors to your advantage: Dress in stimulating red or energizing orange.
2. Dress in layers: Nothing zaps your energy faster than feeling too hot or too cold. Wear clothes that will adjust to your varying temperature needs, such as a short sleeve shirt with a jacket or button-front long sleeve shirt.
3. It is hard to feel energized when you are battling morning sickness. Wear a seasickness wrist band which uses acupressure to relieve the nausea.
4. Use a body wash or (depending on your scent sensitivity) with the scent of energy-inducing lemon or orange.
5.
Wear shoes that have a shock-absorbing sole or slip in an extra padded insert. Skip the heels and stick with stylish flats.
