Hot pink is making a comeback this fall! This vibrant color is sure to add a splash to your maternity wardrobe. How do you incorporate the color into you outfit without going overboard?

Project Runway’s Tim Gunn offered these suggestions to People magazine:

“It’s so bright - think carefully about accessories: understated shoes and bag. Nothing to compete with the color.”

Petite moms-to-be should follow a few simple rules when buying maternity clothes.

Fit: Wearing clothes that are too big will only swallow your small fame. Pick pieces that fit your size and look for details such as adjustable ties to ensure your clothes will grow with you.

Fabrics: Look for flowing and stretchy material, such as jersey, that will gently hug your curves.

Color: To help give your small frame height, consider monochromatic dressing or dressing all in one color. Angelina Jolie is often seen pulling this stylish look off. Black is always a great choice, but you can also wear white, brown or navy blue.

Neckline: A v-neckline is flattering to a small frame and is the perfect way to show off your new pregnancy cleavage.

Actress Minnie Driver shows off her interesting maternity style as she did some shopping in Malibu last weekend.

Driver is expecting her first child, sex unknown, next month.

I don’t mind seeing a pregnant belly peak through, I’m just now sure I agree with her choice of workout shorts and Ugg boots - especially in July! I think this outfit would look better if she replaced her navy shorts with white bermuda shorts or Capri pants.

Actress Gillian Anderson showed off her growing baby bump in a long blue gown at the Hollywood premiere of her latest movie, The X-Files: I Want To Believe. Due in October, Anderson revealed to ET! that she is expecting a boy.

What does she think of her co-star, David Duchovny, playing babysitter to her baby? “That’s really funny, I think he would be nervous about it, it would force him into being really protective.”

Anderson wears a deep blue empire-waist gown that hugs her growing belly and shows off her cleavage. The long diamond necklace is the perfect accessory.
